
Bronson directs RDI's day to day operations. He is responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities and client management.
Bronson was an All-Conference TE at Western Michigan University, graduated in 1995 with a marketing degree. He is currently involved in project design and major endorsement contracts, goal management, and daily communication and reporting to clients.
Bronson also heads up RDI Marketing Services, where he has been able to secure several Fortune 500 clients, allowing RDI to grow to 900 employees. Beyond securing new clients for RDI, Bronson continues to serve as the primary communication link between clients and management.
With his guidance in building successful programs and managing successful teams, clients receive his fifteen years of marketing expertise as part of their daily offering. His rigorous approach to client service is ensured through his hands-on involvement at all levels of the operation.
As client needs continue to grow in sophistication, Bronson pushed RDI forward into developing new marketing opportunities, becoming the industry leader in client satisfaction.

Hank Reed joined RDI Sports Management in the fall of 2007 as Director of Client Services. Hank has a broad range of experience in sports and business. Hank owned and operated, Reed PR, where he worked with top tier professional athletes and entertainers. He has negotiated and secured fees for players with some of the highest profile business leaders maximizing an athlete's financial stability, business pursuits and visibility. Hank has an ability to gain valuable relationships with elite personnel that helps RDI Sports Management create opportunities for our clients that is unmatched.
Hank's prior work history includes, working in the front office of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers, broadcaster and entrepreneur.
Hank is committed to provide the best service and business management to our clients and will work harder than anyone in the business to meet and exceed client expectations. He attended Miami University of Ohio where he earned "Finalist, College Entrepreneur of the Year." He is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation where he helped lead an effort that raised millions of dollars and got the support of Joe Buck, Emmy Award winning broadcaster for Fox Sports. Hank is also involved with The Alliance for African American Athletes. He enjoys baseball, football and racing. He resides with his wife Melissa, and son, Connor, in Cincinnati Ohio.

Dwayne has been with RDI Sports Management since October of 2006. Along with his experience, Dwayne brings an impeccable reputation regarding client relationships/satisfaction. As a former athlete and business owner with over 15 years of business experience, he has developed many key relationships, which allows him to provide a wealth of knowledge and intelligence to our organization and its clientele. In addition to owning his own business, Dwayne has assisted with the start up of multiple Sports Management companies, and has actively worked with athletes on image management to maximize endorsement opportunities.
Dwayne is responsible for assisting our clients with transitioning to the professional level, and the various aspects of client management from recruiting and player relations, to career and personal planning. He is very passionate about developing releationships between RDI and its clients, and working with the athletes to provide long-term career planning for their lives both on and off of the field.
Dwayne graduated from Pfeiffer University, and currently involves himself with youth community athletics in Arizona. He works with many of his associates within the industry to provide camps to further the development of youth in all sports.
